FA 204 type carding machine
Main characteristics:
1. There is eccentric attrition clutch on shaft of  main motor with driving cylinder by triangular belt and then driving pricker roller by cylinder, which has simple configuration and stable open. It has speed switch for pricker roller that makes speed of pricker roller link with open-close machine for avoiding blocking up.
2. Doffer motor intercommunion frequency conversion stepless timing slowly produces spinning end, quickly operates that is convenient for manipulation. The transmission adopts ambulacrum that is stable manipulation, low noise. Moreover, it equips with trig equipment that can stop machine quickly.
3. Fe eding roller operates alone; intercommunion frequency conversion timing and doffer linkage control.
4. It adopts three-roller carding equipment; there is active drive cleaner roller on card ing roller to avoid rolling damage of doffer. There is moveable slot type arc cotton collection device between roller and large press roller to enhance stability of operation.
5. It equips dust collection box with fan on left side of machine to absorb wasted cotton from machine to store in dust collection box; and then, it is used through interim absorbed by dust collection system. The wasted cotton of dust collection box and machine is absorbed separately, which not only can reduce power consumption but also can enhance utilization ratio of fiber.
6. Special height for frame is convenient for disassemble and adjustment.
7. It is suitable for cotton roll or feeding cotton.
8. It has front and back fixed cover board and pectin.
9. Good design for cylinder and doffer enforces rigidity and enhances precision.
10. Secure and convenient full seal protection cover;

12. Cover board adopts 0.56mm small toe to enhance effect of carding.
