Application:

 Adopt in-phase transmission in Doffer, voiceless, hard to damage each part.

The previous procedure is ginning machine. Fit for processing cotton fibre and chemical fibre. Open, card and remove impurities for cotton (chemical fibre) roll sent from previous procedure or fed by cotton box. Make all curled cotton and cotton block becoming straight and show single fibre status. Remove broken seed, impurity short hair after cleaning procedure, then processing them into quilt.

 Adopt time counter which is able to control each product weight. When it reaches at required weight, Doffer will turn from fast to slow automatically.

   Doffer motor is frequency conversion motor. Controlling box installed imported computer transducer which is able to alter Doffer speed and plays the role of stable transfer between fast speed and slow speed.
